Location Kitchen had electric stovetop and was functional. Kitchen utensils and dining sets were good add. Refrigerator was operational. Washing machine worked well.

To be improved

Bathroom was super tiny. Shower space was very tight. No exhaust fan and hot water took forever to get heated. Couch had torn cushions and floors and walls were very much worn out. Aldo not even blankets/comforters.

central location. help from the person responsable (Luciano) for our arrival

To be improved

communication between the message we posted in the booking app and the contact with the person who was responsable for giving us the keys. The latter was not expecting us despite us communicating via the app. Luckily the person with the keys was contactable on WhatsApp (but we were not informed of this beforehand) and let us in remotely.

Good location,good double bad

To be improved

No warm blanket,toilet so small, imposible to use the shower. Shower and toilet together in the room of 1m by 1m.,shower space 60cm by 70cm,thats only for the kids.... No towel rail,to get the towel dry,and smell in the shower room from wet towel,no fan in the toilet,only small window.

The apartment is very small. The bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen and the boiler is small. I do not recommend it for 4 people or a family of 4. The phonic isolation is not very good and you can hear the neighbours
