The apartment is well decorated and was pretty clean. In the kitchen and in the shower we have all the needed things. There are a lot of ACs around the apartment which made our stay during the July's heat very comfortable. Even though the flat near the railway station, it is quite there.

This is a well designed 3 BR flat (2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 small bedroom for 1 person). There is a spacious living room and kitchen, large bathrooms, everything is well equipped. It is situated not in the center of Madrid, but you can easily get to the centeк by taxi or metro. There is also large parking nearby the flat (but occupied in the evening). Price is fair enough for such a flat, very comfortable for 2 couples.

For how beautiful the apartment looks I think more cleaning and maintenance is needed. Kitchen clothes that were smelling and were dirty, the mop that was terrible and smelly and dirty. Shower hose that was broken (I don’t think it costs a fortune to replace it). The host was nice without any doubt but the apartment needs extra effort in terms of cleaning. Also, if you want to watch something on the TV you need to buy yourself batteries for the remote.
