Beds relatively comfortable Watching the comings & goings from the balcony in the port (when you sat on the higher chairs, unable to see through the raffia covering on the balcony hence a loss of view Washing machine

To be improved

Smell of smoke on communal corridor, smelly bedding in twin room,we were contacted by the English partner of flat housekeeper asking for an additional 50€ half way through stay for cleaning. Apparently booking.cm didn't take this from us. This was unacceptable we had agreed a contract initially and whom was this money going to exactly. The house wasn't clean enough anyway

A lovely apartment handily placed to explore the port area of Javea, with its many bars and restaurants. Everything on hand for us to have a super time. Thank you Iris and Joffrey we hope to return one day.

The apartment is located in the area of the port, near a supermarket and other small shops. Also many restaurants in the neighborhood. The sea is just a few minutes on walking distance.

To be improved

The apartment is very noisy. It's an old Spanish building with almost no insulation. I heard every noise that the side- and upstairs neighbors made (chairs moving, coughing, TV). The noise pollution continued throughout the night and therefore I had to short cut my stay. Of the 4 nights booked I only stayed 2 nights. You also have to take into account the lack of an elevator. the apartment is situated on the second floor of the building.
