You can hear everything that goes on in the apartment block

Host did not solve anything I asked about: I only got 1 set of keys despite asking, the kitchen light was flickering every day and never changed, the kitchen extractor fan did not work and host kept asking if it fixed itself, the bathroom soap dispenser was broken and was advised to use the refill bottle. No shower mat. Very small TV. The building has an elevator which is incredibly loud, and can be heard very loudly while sleeping. Being a light sleeper I found it impossible to get a good rest. No bedside table on the second room. Apartment is quite dark even with all blinds up. Neighbours and crying dogs can be heard throughout the day due to the building having a central courtyard that amplifies everything.

Thé staff was rude and unprofessional No internet for the whole stay and nobody from the staff reacted despite my several complaints
