“Great location if you don't have a car”
The best

Great location,lots of places to eat nearby. small supermarket opposite and a larger one 2 mins walk away. Surf beach and harbour 3 minutes other beaches 10 mins walk. Comfortable beds, adequate kitchen,good size bathroom and towels supplied. Bus station nearby.The block is well maintained with lovely flowers in the corridors.The upstairs pool and social area is very nice , again well maintained. lots of sunbeds, tables and chairs. There are also lovely views of the ocean and shaded areas to sit out of the sun if you choose.

To be improved

A small step to stand on to get things out of kitchen cupboards as they are very high.The kettle did not work and the blind was not secured.

Fantastic location. Smooth communication with the owner. The apartment has everything you may need even for a longer stay. We enjoyed our holidays in beautiful El Cotillo and felt at home. Definitely coming back.

Well located and equipped with all the little extras that make for a smooth arrival and stay. Comfortable bed. Lovely shower.

To be improved

The apartment is noisy; it is possible to hear the neighbours next door and upstairs. There is a sheet filled with QR codes to access useful information about the island. Do not scan these as we did. They are a scam and do not offer the information described. Instead we were each debited £29.90 for a subscription to mindfulness.com. Customer service is poor; the person we were advised to contact if we needed help responded that she was too busy to talk.
