Cleaning was pretty basic for what I was expecting in a 4-star hotel.

I didn’t love the food, I am a vegetarian and the vegetarian items available were clearly labelled as such, so it was difficult to be sure what I was able to eat. There were labels dotted about, but not all food were labelled so often it was difficult to tell what was what. The hotel facilities were excellent and our room was clean on arrival, but the standard of daily bed making was quite poor each day and the corridor carpets were really quite dirty.

Cocktails in milk pure just. Poor house keeping. Internet poor very poor sinal. The restaurant lose our order. For 1 hour waiting

Very bad service, staff unprofessional, my wi-fi didn't work with message that my email was not valid (really, and when I showed booking confimation from mail, then it was valid??), they said nobody else complained and left me like that. Room was full of ants and other myriapods, invading nightstands and all counters even if there was no food leftovers. The mattress was U shaped from extended use, so you are constantly drawn like in a hole, the door of the wardrobe fell completely on my foot because it was not fixed properly, toilet and shower are separate with transparent door to the shower, washbasin incredibly small that I was constantly hitting my fingers on one side when washing hands. We had 2 birthdays in our group of 4 so we asked for rooms one next to the other, they confirmed but when we got there reception staff offered rooms on oposite corridors. They sent a satisfaction survey via email and seeing our bad comments they sent a mail reply saying they offered a 20 euro refund. Such liers, they didn't even ask for our bank account or other details, how wpuld they send the money and why lie like that?! And 20 euros out of thousands of euros cost of the stay? Breakfast was ok-ish, buy vegetables had mud on them because they just wet them not wash and omlette queue made you choose other foods. They have no parking and in the area police lifts cars frpm the side of the road daily. Never again!!! I wouldn't recommend this hotel!
