The best

Staff were excellent and the food was better than most 4 star hotels, it was very clean and the hotel is nice

To be improved

The fact that I couldn't take my kid to the spa, but they did offer me to go to another hotel of theirs where I could go with my child (which was ok, had to drive but still they gave me a solution)

“This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The staff, the location and the food is amazing. We stayed half board, and both breakfast and dinner were always great. So much variety and always super fresh. We have stayed here many times and we will definitely be back. We would highly recommend this hotel. · Cons: We couldn't fault it in any way.”

“Great food, nice and bright rooms.”
The best

Breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Good choice and quality. Room was very pleasant, common areas as well.

To be improved

The shower cubicle in the bathroom was very impractical as A LOT of water kept spilling out even if you try not to.

Enjoyed all aspects of the hotel from the room & meals to the entertainment provided. Location is great! Recognizing & acknowledging my husband's birthday was an extra special touch. Appreciated it.

The sauna and steams rooms were out of order for the full stay.
