Juan Apartment-Coastal Refuge by the Beach

Very uncomfortable bed as was way too hard , not enough decent pillows . Sofa bed dipped in the middle . When it rained we had leaks through the ceiling in the bedroom and in the hallway which made the bedroom very cold and damp , condensation in bedroom window . There was no heating or air con as specified in description . Mould in the downstairs bathroom ceiling . We had to move after the rain for one night as the apartment was too damp and cold to stay another night .

Lots of stairs that were not in the description. The reality of the apartment is not quite the same as in the pictures. The apartment needs some care. No wifi, no heating. This apartment is probably ok in hot weather but It was cold and damp in November. Our bedding and pillows were also damp, I guess it didn't dried well after washing. It was very uncomfortable and I woke up sick. We had to quickly find a new place to stay and lost money. The apartment is definitely too expensive. We found a very nice modern apartment for much cheaper and moved out next day.

We’re told there were a few steps but actually there were over 30 steep steps to climb. We told them three times that the WiFi wasn’t working but never got connected. Construction going on in apartment next to us. Limited towels for a week stay.
