Cancellation/amendment policy. Requested to cancel/amend the booking within 30 secs of booking due to booking for extra day than intended and absolutely no help from the hosts who just refused. Noise from the street felt you were outside while sleeping, windows must be single glazed and no sound proofing whatsoever. Woke up many times in the night by cars or people talking while walking past Shower cold on one of the mornings Automated messages to mobile, with overload of information and reminders of check out day at numerous different times very unnecessary. Reminded numerous times €300 if a key is lost or locked in apartment which is both ridiculous in itself and unnecessary to say given their guests are not children.

One time there was no hot Water at night so I had to take shower in cold Water. When we turned on heating it produced strange smell and we had to turn it off. Also there is strange practise that guests are responsible to take off trush after their visit, maybe its normal in Spain, but I have never seen this before in the other places we stayed.
