“Nice apartment but the host/communication is very bad”

Location, terrace, overall design are nice.

To be improved

The host (Carlos) is not good. Check in it took forever to inform us where the key is hidden. Even after asking multiple times I only received the WiFi password in the afternoon on the second day. As I needed to work from the apartment this was a big deal for me. Had to take a day vacation simply because the host didn't care. Beds are uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper when we arrived.
