Apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived which was a little disappointing as we wanted to freshen up and make the most of our first day. Was told there were usb sockets but there wasn’t. Not always able to get hot water from showers.

Nothing…..we couldn’t find bins to dispose of our rubbish. We didn’t receive key codes before arriving to get access to the lobby and apartment door…..but when I contacted the hosts they did everything possible to get access for us. Even with language difficulties, hosts were really helpful.

On arrival there were only three milky coffee pods- for guests for four days. Host dropped some off at the end of the first day after we asked. Toiletries in the bathroom had no labels so not only were we unable to see if any contained allergens, but we couldn't even see which was shampoo, body wash, conditioner. The shower also needs a squeegee because the water doesn't fully drain away and leaves a murky pool on the base. There was variable provision for cutlery and crockery- only four mugs and glasses so we had to wash up each time we used them. There was no hairdryer. Staircase to the rooftop is VERY steep with a big open space between the steps. One of us couldn't manage it- neither could children. There should be a warning about this. We could hear a lot of noise from the occupiers upstairs, especially late at night.
