Apartment is very dark, bed is not comfortable and there is no natural light. There is construction work going on.

Central location. Lovely and clean with everything you need.

Sofa settee was uncomfortable and there was maintenance carried out whilst we stayed. (Appreciate no fault of owners) and was at times annoying. Very little natural light and airflow in appartment.

Clean and fully equipped apartment. The location is very convenient.

To be improved

The water heater did not work well. Property management did not give help/advice on how to adjust. It’s a bit gloomy bec all windows open to bottom of air wells. Entrance was blocked by an unresponsive hobo one day and property management did not respond to us requesting for help to get out of the apartment.

The best

The property is situated in a good location. Everything was clean, all the required utilities (including beds, AC, Tv etc) were functional and in good condition. Communication with the property owner and the lady that provided the keys was excellent.

To be improved

The outside windows of the apartment are essentially useless, as they face some inner and relatively close rectangular building space with larger piping for utilities. Therefore they do not provide a lot of natural light and give the kitchen a bit of strange feeling.
