All was great! Esther was always available for whatever needed, she also arranged a taxi on our departure date which was impossible to book "on the streets" of Puerto del Carmen. Thank you Esther! The location was great, the apartment is fully equiped (hairdryer, beach towels, washing machine), big terrace. The water in the pool is warm enaogh to swim, the facility is being well maintained, the bar near the pool is a plus (pool table, reasonable prices of drinks). The supermarket is just few steps away... We would reccomend this place to a family of 4!!!
