“Awful, ruined my holiday.”
The best

When I arrived at the address I discovered the apartment did not exist. Booking.com were no help. Eventually I spoke to the owner who confirmed that he had sold the property three months earlier and had informed booking.com. I had to find alternative accommodation. An awful experience.

To be improved

Booking.com customer services need a bomb under them.
