The best

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Valencia! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating — she allowed us to check out later than planned as we needed to work remotely, which we really appreciated. The location is absolutely perfect: right in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the best restaurants, bars, and local spots. The apartment itself was spotless, fully equipped, and the terraces overlooking the main street of the neighborhood were a real highlight. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valencia!

The best

Sandra was adorable, easy communication and pick up of the keys. The flat has an excellent spot, nearby the best restaurants and bars in town. Clean, comfortable, easy communication. Heating/airco worked great. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all you need. Plenty of balconies and a terrace. Sure, at night you have a lively neighborhood. I appreciated it a lot. In any case, the house provides with earplugs. But it was big plus for me to feel so comfortable and well connected.

Loved the location and the apartment. Very spacious, comfortable and clean

To be improved

Yes, as others have mentioned it is noisy on weekends, but this is because the area is alive and vibrant. We are 2 seniors and I am a light sleepers, the noise was not an issue for us. We would definitely return.

Very clean big apartment, in the heart of Ruzafa.

To be improved

During week days the noise from the streets did not disturb us. However, Friday night was extremely noisy and it made it almost impossible to sleep before 3 am
