A Perfect Home Away from Home
I can’t rave enough about my recent stay at Juwel des Meeres Nudist Place FKK Complejo Nudista - Charco del Palo - truly a gem of a place! We actually took a 2 day break from our hotel in Costa Teguise as an extra treat. We wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I booked, communication with Elske was smooth and easy via WhatsApp, and I felt welcomed and taken care of even before I arrived.
Upon entering the apartment, I was blown away by how spotless it was. The attention to detail was impressive, with little touches like dishcloths, sponges, and a tea towel ready for use. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for a self-catering stay—full-sized fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an entire cupboard stocked with crockery, glassware, cooking trays, and pans. It really felt like a home away from home.
The bed was a dream—soft duvet and pillow, and the bedding smelled incredible. It was so comfy, And there were more than enough fresh, clean towels in the apartment, all of which were soft and smelled amazing.
In the living room, there was a TV with Apple TV, Netflix, and Prime (so make sure you bring your logins if you want to stream). The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, with a separate connection in each apartment, which is a huge plus.
When it comes to the outside area, it was hard to be disappointed. The pool was the cleanest I’ve ever seen—no yellow rings or grime around the waterline, which is often the case at many hotels. There were plenty of loungers and dining areas to relax in, and you could always find a spot to enjoy the sun or shade.
As for the location, it's perfectly situated along the coastal path, looking out to the ocean and just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful (waters of bodies), cliff-rock nudist bathing areas. The waters were safe for swimming, which made for a very peaceful and refreshing experience.
