The best

Everything, the location is great couldn’t be better, is city center next to Moyua roundabout, next to coffee shops and restaurants, decent walking distance to everywhere. The kindness of the people in charge was super!

To be improved

The rooms are not 100% closed so you can hear and see light from above. I have very light sleep so I woke up very often because of this.

A very well equipped apartment in a very convenient location to places of interest and restaurants in Bilbao. We loved having the washing machine and dish washer and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with staff was very helpful.

To be improved

There was no tea towel provided, and the windows couldn’t be kept open because there was no way of supporting them to stay open (we used a saucepan to rest the window on as it was the only object available).

“A mixed bag”
The best

A lot of thought has gone into creating a very modern, warm industrial style apartment. Instructions to get the keys very clear and were bilingual. Bilingual manual for appliances in apartment. Good communication initially until we had a problem. Good location. Nice coffee downstairs at Alaska cafe and close to supermarket.

To be improved

The apartment was much darker than the photos portray. They’ve very cleverly enhanced the photos. The apartment’s main light source comes from windows looking into a very small square and as you are on 1st floor of a high building, not much light gets down that far. We couldn’t get the heating to work. It took over a day to get a response from the host and by the time I saw the message, it was too late. They suggested it might be a boiler issue so I read the manual and filled it as recommended. Then we lost our hot water. Yes the floor creaks but it’s an old building.
