Kala Almendrillo Apartment Boutique

We stayed in these apartments for 10 days during our vacation and had absolutely no issues throughout our stay. The host was welcoming and friendly — upon check-in, he gave us lots of helpful recommendations for our stay and sent us a message with his personal tips on the best spots in the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, wines, and much more).He also helped us find a local market and gave great advice on choosing fresh produce. As for the apartment itself — it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for two people. It’s well-equipped for a short-term stay and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Now, a few things to keep in mind that might be important for some guests: First, the size of the apartment — it’s not very clear from the photos, but in reality, the space is quite small. It didn’t bother us personally, but it’s something to be aware of. Second, something we personally missed was the absence of a washing machine. However, to be fair, it’s not listed in the description, so we knew that beforehand. Third, storage space for clothes might be an issue if you’re traveling with a lot of items. There’s a small wardrobe area with a hanging rail in the bedroom, which fits around 10 pieces of clothing. If you bring more, it could get a bit inconvenient. Overall, my personal impression was very positive. The apartment has a beautiful Spanish-style design, with many thoughtful details that make the stay feel warm and enjoyable.The location is also great — just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Nicely designed, well equipped and comfortable little apartment in a historic part of Jerez. Great to have some basics including tea and coffee. A wonderful friendly welcome from Pablo who was very helpful and shared information about Jerez and the flamenco festival that was on during our visit.
