The staff was very disorganized. After registration they sent us to pick up the key to another place which was closed. Staff didn’t know that the location had changed (since almost a year) and kept sending us to the wrong place! Also at the restaurant, the kept forgetting our drink even after 3 time that we had to go inside and remind them they wouldn’t bring anything.

Costumer service (email and phone number) and facilities. The reservation had two tents and they were far away from each other. The deposit is more expensive than the stay which doesn’t make sense.

The tents are nice and clean. they have a fridge and cutlery and a clean bathroom - we opted for a private bathroom.

To be improved

I DEFINITELY would not stay here, it is not what is advertised at all. The campsite is MASSIVE, and the tents are right on top of each other, so much so they give you earplugs - go figure. The pool was out of service when we arrived and the restaurant closed. It really was a very disappointing arrival, so much so that we did not find it worth it to stay and actually chose to drive home instead. FALSE advertising, extremely bad customer service and just a really really disappointing end to our holiday. DO NOT STAY HERE.
