Bathrooms could be cleaner and parking lots. Inn the office told us not to park in the tents but people did.

The calmness from the place itself, how everything has been set up, and specially, the amazing staff, from reception to gardeners. Great team!!

To be improved

All staff were great. And all polite towards me and others but. I must make a small negative note. One of the staff members , you g blond girl in the restaurant neer reception, was very rude in general and spoke to her colleagues as if they were incompetent, i did not like how she treated others. She also had a negative attitude towards those who are not spanish. And even spoke horrobly infront of them , not very professional, seemed like she hated working there as all she did was complain about everything and everyone and got my breakfast order wrong.

“I stayed one night in Kampao Las Arenas as a part of my trip to Picos de Europa Ruta de Cares and the little cabin house”

The cabin was very well organized and equipped with everything to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming.
