“Lots to be positive about, but areas which could be improved.”

The best

This place has a lot going for it. Beautifully set in nature and a short bike ride to beaches and the town.

To be improved

They don’t have soap/handwash in the toilets. This is a real put off and just seems frugal. Aside from this, in the image of my style of tent on Booking.com, there is clearly a cool box. However all that was provided is an insulated bag.

“The camping exceeded our expectations. I travelled with my mom, sister and her 3 kids, and we had a great time. Everything was super clean (bathrooms and pool) and comfortable. We had everything we needed from the restaurant and mini market, and went to amazing beaches. Great offer for the price too.”

“Passable but I wouldn't go back.”

The best

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The campsite is a short walk to a lovely beach (La Fosca) where there are some great bars and restaurants.

To be improved

The communal bathrooms never seemed to have any toilet paper or soap, which was frustrating. The Kampaoh tents are spaced very close together, so it didn't feel like we had much privacy and it was quite noisy from people talking in the tent next to us at night. And there wasn't much of a view (for us at least) -- just other visitors' cars parked in front. With check in not until 4pm and check out at 11am it felt like a very short stay. So for 134€ for one night, considering the disappointing facilities, I would say it was quite bad value for money. In addition, we initially wanted to cancel the reservation but I missed the cancellation window by an hour. In the end we chose to go because we didn't want to lose the money entirely -- but when I called the Kampaoh helpline I found them to be quite unsympathetic and not particularly helpful.

“Cute tent”

The best

The tent was cute. Inside everything was very clean and the staff is nice. I sleep well in the tent and the campsite have a lot a facilities

To be improved

I’m not very confortable with shower and toilet in a campsite.
