Arrogant stuff, we got tricked about our tent, we didn’t get what we booked we got the poorest and smallest tent, we paid more for bigger and still got the smallest. The pool areas picture was just tricky a tiny pool with so much people and noise and closed in evenings.

“Great stay with kids but poor service at the restaurant, and car needed.”

The tent was great and it was located between 2 bathrooms/shower rooms. The shop and pool are also great to have close by.

To be improved

Our experience both nights in the restaurant were poor. Young kids working there who havent had enough (or any) training. Dont know how to handle unpredictable situations and spoke with bad attitude. Both meals we had here really let the whole experience down. The first night we werent able to pay part card part cash (yet werent informed in advance). The second night the waitress cleared our table and through the kids food away eventhough we had kept it aside for the children. Thereafter received unprofessional, rude abuse from the young boy working there telling us that we upset his colleague. This could not be further from the truth, we simply asked if she could box up the left over food and she admitted that she had thrown it. She didnt know how to handle the situation and clearly management and training havent taught them how to manage scenarios like this that can happen easily, by accident at any time in such an industry. The location isnt great either. Yes on the beach - ish- But seaweed to the left and the right side of the beach you have to drive to.
