Terrible night — with the wind, it felt like the glamping tent was going to collapse. Everything was creaking, the canvas kept hitting us while we were trying to sleep. It was a nightmare. We didn’t sleep at all because we felt completely unsafe. There was no staff on site — we were left entirely on our own. To make things worse, the property refuses to offer any refund, saying the wind is not their responsibility… Right, but aren’t the tents supposed to be designed to withstand these situations?

“The Crew at reception · Cons: The Place. We did not stay there. we though of going for a little adventure and found ourselves in a shared tent for 3 couples. the size was inappropriate, the photos were misleading and we ended up renting another room. I am going to process the refund because off the misleading pictures in the website. they were not clear at all that we were going to be sharing like this. Completely unacceptable for the amount paid in my opinion.”

The Place.
