The outside area was great & the pool & garden really well maintained & clean

Very dirty on arrival, no cleaning products. The bedding & towels were never changed during our 12 nights stay. Lots of faults - the oven didn’t work, lights didn’t work & often the outside ones tripped off which then included the hot tub. No air con in the second bedroom. No essentials provided on arrival. Kitchen equipment was either chipped or not fit for use. Kitchen tap leaked, shower was always dripping, hot water intermittent- the list goes on…

The best

Everything at the villa was perfect, the location is extremely peaceful, the villa was really clean, I didn’t even see any cobwebs or nasty bugs. The beds were amazing and there’s a menu for the pillows! Talking of the pillows, oh my god! Best I’ve ever experienced in a villa. The pool and hot tub were amazing and very clean, you had amazing large fluffy towels for the pool and plenty for the bathroom. Everything was just perfect, for a perfect holiday. Ronny our host, was very friendly and helpful. We told him a few points that would have helped, like the lack of oven proof dishes!! Really minor! The second bedroom could do with its own air con, but the villa was well equipped with fantastic floor fans. Overall this was one of the best villas that I have stayed in, making our holiday truly relaxing and amazing. Thankyou karat.

To be improved

A longer vacation time would have made it better! Seriously, such minor things like oven proof dishes, maybe a table in second bedroom to do makeup and hair, air con throughout the villa would have been nice, but you can put the one in 1st bedroom and one in lounge and it just reaches the rest of house. I was disappointed that the outside lounge furniture wasn’t there, but there is plenty of dining chairs, I just fancied the outdoor sofa to chill and gaze at the sunset!
