“For the price we paid it was not worth it, broken facilities and very poor host”
The best

I like the location of the apartment was excellent, we couldn’t have wished for a better location. The apartment was clean and it was modern. Beds were comfortable.

To be improved

The host was appalling. We came a day early and he took 140.00 euros and no invoice. The Tv was broken he knew this but didn’t tell us upon check in, it took 4 days for a replacement this wouldn’t have been an issue for us but as a single mother with 2 children and visiting a friend we had planned to watch some movies which we was unable to do so the fact that this was hidden from us and he was aware of the problem was sly. we left some belongings and they have gone missing and even though I had asked to file a report he refused there is no policy and procedures for this he told me to go through the insurance company. We asked him to call us a taxi on check out and he said we wouldn’t believe it there was no taxis available but he offered us a lift to the next apartment, I was grateful and said thank you however he said it would be 60 euros, there was taxis available I phoned one and it was less than 60 euros. The apartment we paid a cleaning fee of 61.35 euros however was complained at for not cleaning the apartment. The apartment was cleaned to the best of my ability upon be told to vacate at 11am. I did my best on what I could with washing up liquid. He visited the property on 3 separate occasions due to issues we kept the apartment clean he seen it himself. There was only 2 toilet rolls in the apartment for an 8 day stay which didn’t last long for 3/4 people and there was only 3 washing machine tablets available. In the last apartment we came from there was everything you could want and more and less than half the cost to rent in comparison. The bathroom smelt constantly of sewage so much so we had to purchase defusers for the bathroom, this was coming from the sink was embarrassing when we our friend over. The sofa was a sofa bed in the living room we didn’t use the bed but it was broken so unable to use the arm rest. Utensils broken and worn down. Awaiting a response from booking.com for the behaviour of the host and the issues we have faced up our stay.
