Location was very good. Metro and Sagrada close. 2 bathrooms for a big group also useful. Beds where comfortable.

Nice and central, 2 sets of keys, well equipped kitchen, nice big common space, lovely to have a balcony

To be improved

I don’t think it had aircon, there were signs for complete silence between 10pm and 10am which is quite stressful for a family holiday. When we arrived the apartment above was flooding and water was leaking through the light fixture in the entrance hall. I couldn’t go out with the family that afternoon as I had to wait for the owner to assess. Some sort of rebate on the fee for the day have been nice but none was forthcoming.
