The apartment is in a very bad condition, the walls are dirty, moldy, the windows don't close well, the door to the terrace was so worn out that it showed signs of a break-in from the outside and the glass of this door was no longer transparent and clean. On all living room windows the blinds were removed and stored together with a clumsy ladder into the corner of the smaller bedroom, which was already too small due to the cumbersome bunk bed. We did not have hot water on the first day because the gas stove in the kitchen did not work strongly enough, at the same time this very stove is problematic from the point of view of safety and health, because carbon monoxide is released into the kitchen area when burning (the flame is open), and the apartment does not even have a safety meter or detector for this. What is more also the rope of the window blinds in the kitchen was tied to the gas pipe leading to the gas stove. The apartment was conditionally clean upon arrival, there was an unwashed bathroom rug in the clothes dryer in the bathroom. The shower door was broken.
