Absolutely nothing

Leak from upstairs apartment bathroom into downstairs room resulting in a musty smell.

We saw a lots of faults in the flats so we're disappointed about the value for money. Here is the list of the problems we have surveyed : - broken main door handle - cleanliness left something to be desired (glass, hair, it was sticky) - 2 duvets were missing and you bring back only one - the WiFi doesn't works on the 2nd floor - upstairs toilet leaks - dishwashers cannot be operated - doors and complaints were damaged - lack of materials in the apartment (brooms, cutlery, cloths) - 2 apparemments of 6 instead of 1

Lots of the supplies inside the apartment do not work and they were included in the price that I had paid. Things that don’t work: the microwave make strange noises and lights and it’s dangerous to use it, one of the AC in spilling water on the wall and floor so the door of the room is in bad condition, the kettle is not working, the fridge doesn’t work properly, one of the TV is not working, one of the toilet is spilling water, one of the light in the bathroom is not working, the handle of the door of the balcony is broken, the couch upstairs is damage, the plaster in one of the bathroom is falling off, the forniture is not in good condition: the chairs’ cover is peeling off and one of the table should be extendable but it doesn't work, one of the handle of the chicken forniture is broken, the Wi-fi is not working, one of the roll-up shutter is not working. The staff was not able to speak English

We had a water leak twice, it took a while to get solved.
