My parents went to the apartment i rented for them, and the lady there was extremely rude and verbally assaulted my mum she was in her face like she wanted to fight her! I was on the line and heard everything , the lady was showing my mom and aunt the place so they said it looks different than the picture which is not a problem things look different in person, and my mom said can you please clean the place well before we check in, the lady went crazy my apartment is the nicest in Malaga and its clean etc she was shouting the whole time and in my moms face like really close trying to scare them! Anyway they left coz they said its not worth it lets look for a different hotel ore something, then the husband of that lady called me, and i said the lady at the desk was rude to my parents he was like no no your parents were the rude ones thats my wife she is never rude! And if they dont like the place they can look elsewhere but we wont give a refund and then hanged up! Its smaller than it looks in pictures, kitchen was worn out, the host is extremely unprofessional and rude!
