The only issues was we booked a twin and had it confirmed - went to room and it was a double but was advised housekeeping would change. 2hrs later no change and was advised we had to wait till the morning. We asked for an extra duvet but disappointed our 19&17 yr olds had to share a bed

Everything about the property was amazing. The rooms the friendly staff. The only bad this is the concierge there is one specific lady that promises and does not do. That fixed should be more than perfect the hotel.
