Kitty´s beach house

The external of the apartment block was being renovated, crane outside our balcony a number of mornings and constant noise. Concrete was being chipped off external of apartment and not possible to use the balcony these days due to dust. Canopy on balcony was also taped up. Plastic on ground on way into apartment block not taped down. Had to walk around crane & satellite dishes also entering the building. Plastic also hung over gate to entrance of block. Rail on stairs and corridor filthy dirty. I was not told about the work being undertaken. We went on holidays and ended up staying on a construction site. This apartment should not have been available for rent.

Would have preferred a shower door rather than a curtain.

It was a bit tricky at first using the keys into the apartment but we got the hang of it

I chose the apartment for the location and because it has a swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool closed on 30th september. According to the accommodation manager, the reason is an existing regulation because of the drought. This information is not on Booking. Another thing I didn't like was that there was only one set of keys and the condominium gate only opened with a key inside!? That is, someone had to go down to open the gate and return to the apartment if they did not feel like leaving and not to be locked in the condominium
