The apartment is in a great position, next to the main station and metro line from/to the airport, just off the old town, towards the City of Arts and Science. There are cafés and supermarkets close by.

To be improved

The apartment is spacious and clean, but could do with some improvement, with only a few touches here and there (wiring, sofa, better pillows, mattress in main bedroom, etc.). Providing some extras such as more toiletries (2 mini shampoos, 2 mini shower baths, 1 mini soap bar for 4 people for 5 days wasn't quite a lot!) and maybe some washing up material, just to mention a couple, would also be a standard plus.
