Some elements could be cleaner: towels, living room furniture. The TV is broken: after 20 minutes it starts flickering.

The appartment is spacious and the location is central near supermarkets and restaurants. Bed is good and kitchen is nice. Check-in was easy via a online link that opens the door.

To be improved

Sadly, the appartment has a major moisture problem. There is black mold on some parts of the walls and everything is damp an stinks of moisture and mold. Also there is a major cigarette smoke smell in the appartment. Combined this results in a not so healty environment. I think this issue needs to be resolved before this appartment can be rented out again.
