Good location. Nice roomy flat.

To be improved

The bed was shocking. It was on six loose legs and squeaked and moved about. No headboard. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. It’s a good job that it was possible to sleep on the sofa instead. Every time the washing machine was put on, which only could use cold setting, the fuse box for the entire flat popped. This was obviously known to the owners because they knew how to fix it. The WhatsApp based entry system is fiddly and annoying. If your cellphone is broken or stolen or you lose signal you cannot get in. I was lucky to have moved out 2 hours before a day long nationwide power outage. I would have been completely stuck otherwise.
