“Perfect location in a gorgeous city. Donostia is a special place. There apartment can comfortably sleep six adults.”

The location is excellent and the living room is great. We all loved looking out across to La Concha beach. Also had three bathrooms which was very useful.

To be improved

We were not told the apartment number or floor. We had the building address but not the apartment number which is quite crucial. When I phoned the helpline for this, they said they could not understand me though they did speak perfectly in my language. The kitchen could be better stocked for utensils etc - neither kitchen sink had a plug (we had to buy one), no kitchen towel was provided to dry items, no cheese grater and the freezer needs defrosting. The bath towels provided were very hard, a little point but soft towels make all the difference. The apartment could do with a full industrial clean. It felt like we were the first people staying there this summer, there was lots of dust under furniture and broken furniture on the back balcony. The TV is quite dated and it was not possible to watch Netflix or other apps on the living room system.

Very spacious, clean and each bedroom had an adjacent shower/ toilet which was great when travelling with friends. Good location. Quiet residential property which suited us

No extra towels or pillows provided. Only one pillow on each bed.
