The best

The apartment is in a great location, and is very well equipped. We found it perfect for a family with two children.

To be improved

We experienced the most horrendous and deafening noise coming from the hot water pipes when the shower in the bathroom adjoining the room with the double bed was being used. This caused a lot of distress for my 8 year-old who was trying to sleep at the time. It resulted in us using the shower in the other bathroom only for the rest of our stay.

We are very satisfied of the apartment, very comfortable and well furnished. Nevertheless we must provide negative feedback on a couple of issues that impacted on our satisfaction

To be improved

The quality of the bed linen in the main room on the right was very poor: very worn out, with a hole, and particularly not a linen fit for a double bed, but made of a puzzle of small bed linens. In the bathroom of the same bedroom, the ceiling is full of mould due to humidity. Probably the ventilation is not enough. In such a nice apartment, at the price paid, I would not expect such issues. I first decided to write separately to the agency and not publish on Booking since on my side I did not inform them immediately, giving them the possibility to amend. After almost 1 week with no reply, I think it is time to publish.
