The best

Staff was so friendly, helpful and caring, even just on the phone or by message ! The location is perfect to visit the center of Cáceres, all you need is around.

To be improved

Accessing with your own vehicle can be burdensome in the city historical center (even moto)

It had a shower and a private bath.

To be improved

First, I do not enjoy downloading a third party app to my phone to get access to a place that is not manned by an actual individual. The company send me countless emails trying to get me to book other services or attractions during my stay. I am walking the VDLP and do not have time to answer 5 messages a day nor data to download an app. I do not need to book thru the company other tours. The room was a very basic room with no frills, just a bed, small tv and a small plastic chair/desk. It was very generic and worse because there was nobody there to ask questions or address any needs. Had I known this was a virtual hotel, I would have never booked here nor downloaded their app on my phone wish is a security risk. To this day I am getting emails from them, stop your marketing. I will not be a patron of this company in the future, that is for certain.
