Wonderful location and a really friendly host. The room was large and had an excellent view over the Pyrenees. A really unique stay that was memorable. Food was great as well.

The best

Very nice room and adjoining bathroom in traditional stone house. Very well maintained, clean, and authentically restored. The breakfast is freshly made, consisting of fresh fruit (prepared and not), tea or coffee and bread/pastries with jam etc. The view from the terrace is lovely.

To be improved

Perhaps more breakfast options included in the price for those who don’t eat fruit , such as ham or cheese. I’m not sure if I’d recommend the tasting menu for the dinner as it’s quite early for Spain (1930-2030) and quantity is quite limited (one fish dish, one meat, one vegetable, and cheese/quince jam for dessert). The quality is good but for two people who like to eat, it was a little bit scant.

it was hard to like anything. The room looked great, but the host was rude and unhelpful to the point that he upset my wife. we did not stay
