KYOMU Resort

Advertised as a 4 star hotel but the room had no drinking glasses,no water or tea/coffee making facilities. The safes did not work and the air conditioning was not available. Plus the hostel was full of young people who got the priority of the hotel facilities. The photos showed a bar and a restaurant but did not tell you both were in the same room, this was 2 star at best. And after the first morning breakfast debacle, we never went back and chose to eat out. The swimming pool had no sun lounges and the outside furniture was never available and filthy. We chose this hotel because of the great reviews, and have always used booking. Com, but this was our worst experience, particularly when it was expensive for 3 nights. Very disappointed with the whole experience

Room was sparsely attired and very dark.. Room was 200 metres away from main reception ./ eating area. WiFi not working in the room although told there were repeaters close to us. Place needs to up their game. Eating facilities were again basic and had ants all over breakfast food. Poor breakfast offerings. It may be good for young back packers but not satisfactory for the price.

I don't have anything to say that I didn't like.

Restaurant was closed so nothing available to eat but the website had said it was open !
