“Perfect holiday house”
The best

The house is perfect for a family stay. It is situated on the border of Palencia city, reachable by car in 5 min. It has a beautiful garden and an outside pool. Overall, the house is exquisite and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

To be improved

For a one week stay I would appreciate a bit more household utilities and some storage/wardrobe in all the rooms. The rest was perfect.

The best

The size fully accommodated our family and the en-suite bathroom were a plus. The back garden and the access to the walk along the canal were excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped.

To be improved

The visibility of the entrance from the road was very challenging as no numbers were visible from the street. The step from the living room to the back patio is dangerous as the tile on the step and on the patio blend making it difficult to see the step down. Two persons tripped.
