Worst rental experience of my life. The hosts were unresponsive and consistently unprofessional. They did not answer calls or messages on Booking. They even entered the apartment unannounced during our stay under the pretext of doing "maintenance work" - a clear breach of privacy. I requested a simple extension of our stay for one day in the SAME building, which they verbally confirmed. However, on the day of the extension, we were informed that it would be a completely different building - more than 30 minutes away. When we contacted the manager to clarify the situation, there was no apology or accountability - just a straight "there is nothing we can do". They said that we made the reservation ourselves on the website. The website did not have an address in the description of the new apartment. The address was in the footer of the website, which looks like a company address. Avoid at all costs.

The theory of how the key issue works is excellent, the reality is less so. You use an app to get in the front door. When it works, it is excellent.
