The house is old but in good shape; still it could use some love, especially to make the experience of paying guests better. We generally had a great time, but given the price we found the following things inconvenient: - The internet connection is generally very slow and at times breaks up completely. This is a problem because all TV channels are also received via TCP/IP, so if the internet is out you also cannot watch TV. (Restarting the router usually fixed it after 5-10 mins.) - Connected to the previous point, we found the Wifi coverage to be very bad, it does not reach the master bedroom or master bathroom. Also, it doesn't reach the outdoor area with the barbecue or the pool or the terrace on the other side. Installing some Wifi extenders would do the trick here. - A major downside is that the warm water heater is gas-powered and very old, so it will not turn on whenever you open the tap. That is, it can easily happen that you try to take a hot shower, but the water never gets hot because the heater didn't ignite. It sometimes took us 3-5 attempts at opening a tap in the warm water setting for the heater to properly turn on. However, even if the heater turns on it will automatically shut down with an error message on its display after a maximum of 3-5 minutes. - The before-mentioned issue with the heater not always turning on when opening a tap and then shutting off after 3-5 minutes renders the hot tub in the master bathroom almost unusable. It took us about 40-45 minutes of coordinated opening of taps and running hot water until the heater would turn off (and then restarting the process) to fill the hot tub to be able to use it once during our stay. - Some of the window blind holders were broken, meaning that we had to shut these window blinds when it was windy because they could not be secured. Given that you pay for the view towards the sea, this is unfortunate for example, with the broken window blind holder in the master bathroom.

Kitchen tools can be added.

I didnt like that you had to bin your toilet paper and then dispose of it in the local recycling centre.

That we didn't book a longer stay.

Kitchen is outdated, hot water only for few minutes in the shower, very Cold inside the house at night. Why have a jacuzzi tub if the hot water runs for just 10 minutes? I think some solar pannels would help ouț everything in the house, the hot water, the heating and the the pool to be heated. We could not use the pool, although it looked amaizing, because the water was cold, too bad.
