Great apartment with all the facilities you need, very comfortable bed and great location if you'd like to be based in Arrecife, next to the marina and not far from the main bus station

To be improved

There were some works taking place directly outside the apartment when we stayed which could get noisy during the day though we didn't notice it too much as we were out most the time and this of course is not the hosts fault, just worth keeping in mind if you plan to stay soon and usually spend more time at the apartment during the day

Very clean and well appointed flat. Good communication with owner. Upstairs terrace is excellent as it’s south facing and gets the sun nearly all day.

Great location and fabulous apartment. We really enjoyed the roof terrace; plus a great response from the owners.

Perhaps a portable heater (we were there early March) Otherwise nothing!

“Lovely if you can handle the steep, narrow staircase”

The best

Location was central between bus station/Mercadona, the beach, and Charco de San Ginés, which can be seen from both the living room and the lovely roof terrace (both also great for sun-tanning). The apartment itself is spacious, stylishly-furnished and well-equipped (including washing machine, laundry detergent, coffee pods, etc.). Communications with the gracious host was fast and easy.

To be improved

The apartment is split over 2 floors, and the staircase up to the bedroom is steep and narrow, definitely not recommended for mobility-limited people.
