The best

Very comfortable and spacious appartment perfect for two friends who wants some private space within individual bedrooms. Located in the heart of old town which makes nightlife and daylife very joyful

To be improved

Since the building is in the bar area, place is surely not an option for those who likes full silence at night ;)

“Satisified with out stay at the apartment.”
The best

Perfect location. Very close to all attractions, santa cruz, close to the castle, close to the main beach, close to trams, so we were able to move around quickly, generally in the heart of old city, but not that really noisy as we were warned in comments by others (I was travelling Apr/May with 6y and 2y kids and we were able to sleep peacefully). The hosts were very helpful and flexible which I'm really grateful for.

To be improved

To be honest everything was ok, maybe some minor faults which happen in every place where people live, they could be fixed by the occasion (like fixing closure for windows to make them work smoothly).
