To be improved

The agency and landlord are scammers. We stayed here for ten days and on the last two days had absolutely no electricity. Which meant no lights, no fridge,no power in any of the sockets and no air con. We reported it and nobody came to resolve it. Especially stressful as we couldnt charge our phones for our flight home, which we needed to provide boarding passes. When we checked out no issue was made however when i asked a few days later for a refund for the days we had no power we were told no and then told we wouldnt be getting our deposit back either. They told us the mattress was soiled with urine and a new one needed to be purchased- an outright lie! When i asked for proof/receipt of this new mattress (knowing full well it was a lie as nobody had wet the bed!!) i was ignored. I suspect they use this lie frequently to avoid paying back deposits
