Good instructions regarding where to pick up the keys. However, it would have been nice to know in advance that the office is situated in a pedestrian street and a recommendation where to park the car, in order to pick up the keys, would have been helpful. On arrival both electric blinds (living room and bedroom) were jammed and would not go up nor down. The friendly staff of the rental service Integral Finques sent a technician very quickly but the only thing they were able to do was to dismantle the motor of the blinds in the bedroom and this had to be left down throughout our whole stay. Therefore the bedroom was in complete darkness the whole time and the only fresh air that came in was through a small slit at the top of the closed blinds. This was rather disappointing, The bathroom needs some renovation and the emitting smell of drains was very unpleasant. All in all the apartment is quite pleasant but lacks comfort. For example, there are no bed side lamps in the main bedroom and there is only a small sofa in the living area.

Keys collection from office was a painful process. We got stuck in a area with small streets, no entry zones with little help of google maps because of small streets. Took 30 minutes to come back to the main road. It would have been convenient if the property company handed keys at the apartment building instead of asking to come to their office in a crowded walking street area. We were driving from Barcelona so it was painful to spend around 1 hour to get keys. Property had no towels and bedsheets ( we were asked to pay 20 euro per person extra for towels and bed sheets). Only 1 Toilet roll was kept for 4 people for 4 days. It costs 3 Euros only so property company should keep adequate toilet paper and people should not have to rush to grocery store on Day 1 to get toilet paper. Parking lot was 400 meters away from the apartment building. This should be clearly mentioned in the description. It was inconvenient to park and walk 400 meters everyday with elderly family members.

I didn't dislike anything, but if you are a light sleeper and for some reason you want to stay near the beach but not hear the waves, bring earplugs.
