It is not easy to reach the complex only for a different name of the complex compared to what I booked. As I booked with a third party renting. The complex needs a bit of maintenance.

I recently stayed at this Best Holidays apartment that unfortunately had a strong and persistent sewage smell. The odor was most noticeable in the bathroom, where it was overpowering and made it difficult to use the facilities comfortably. So bad in fact basic cleaning, eating and sleeping in the apartment could not be endured. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the property management on day 1, no effective solution was provided during my stay. This lack of response left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the accommodation. We were left with no option but to seek alternative accommodation for the duration of our stay. At this point I wanted a refund for the apartment and the response was no. The apartment was only occupied for 1 night and is not fit to be occupied. The apartment is in no state for rent. I can see there was also other reviews stating a smell from the bathroom. This is obviously an ongoing issue that they are not prepared to fix. Do not rent this apartment as there are many more nice apartments on this complex. Best Holidays are not a nice company to deal with and they didn’t care that we could not use the apartment.

The sun disappeared from balcony from about 4.30 not the property’s fault just would have preferred early evening sun

Everything was fine , only issue security safe is located too low, and drains smell from shower drain. My Sat navigation couldn't find it its near the water park and next door to the El Campanario shopping centre

When we arrived and heard the extremely loud noises coming from the construction site just in front of our apartment we were very concerned and upset, especially as this had not been mentioned to us before we arrived. When we mentioned this to you, you said that you couldn’t move us but you would refund the extra five days stay we had added on to our original booking. We thought this was reasonable although the noise was very loud and very disruptive to what we hoped would be a quiet restful stay.

The view from the balcony was very limited, looking out across a road towards buildings although it did get the sun.
