“Just fabulous”

The best

I really liked the owner Juan and his son Teo. I felt very safe during the handover of the keys. Very friendly and we had a lovely chat. The apartment was perfect for me. The location meant I could swim every day , I was close to the marina and a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city.

The best

Great location. 50 metres from the beach, 15 minute stroll into city centre or E4.20 taxi ride. Some great restaurants within 100 metres.

To be improved

Did not like nylon bed sheets. Shower broken, kitchen tap loose. Dangerous metal trip to get into shower. Generally not very clean.

The place is very fantastic, close to the beach. Two food supermarkets are close. Apartments contains everything you need for holidays

“Lovely area but apartment repairs and updating needed”

Located right on the beach and walking distance from centre of town. Lots of towels and beach mats provided. Late night security at entrance and reliable lifts so felt secure.

To be improved

Different to photos on website. Pictures was when apartment was new but has been changed or damaged with part repairs and fillers. So in need of updating, repairs and painting. Single glazing so does not keep out overnight noise from refuse collection or cars/mopeds even on 5th floor…. Various areas did had not been cleaned or dusted even though cleaning contracted out by owner. Bath missing & replaced by what you might call walk-in shower which leaked all over floor and was part finished. No hot water in tiny kitchen area so had to use bathroom sink. Fitted bed sheets old and if you move they come off so disturbed night having to refit. Provided a quilt but no cover for the cooler nights. Fridge/freezer provided but was in need of cleaning and repairs as door shelving broken. There was leftover food and tea/coffee/ice cubes left in the apartment but no idea when originally opened/left and some unsealed so not used as they could be contaminates. No facility to share all the photos.
