The location near the historic centre of the town and the fact that you can park your car at the at the private premisses.

To be improved

The only windows are in the ceiling and they have to be opened with effort by standing on top of a 4-step ladder. Opening the windows is not easy and when it rains they have to be closed immediatedly to avoid flooding. The bathroom is extremely small, you can hardly move inside, and the door is opening to the inside, making it even harder to use the bathroom. The shower head was spreading water all over the place, even in the direction of electricity sockets. At our arrival the small terrace furniture at the entrance door was in use by the family, an quite awkward situation. The price is by far too high for what you get.
