where do I start? Keys at a different address to the apartment (few streets away) We were trying to get hold of the hosts who supposing what’s app’d us how to get keys details- they did not send these over untill we chased them. Then said they would meet us if we could get to them in 3 minutes so we had to run from the beach to the apartment. 3 minutes is an unreasonable time to expect someone to drop everything to get to a locations especially on holiday. Was running up and down the roads trying to find them as we were so confused by the two address’s on booking.com- when 2 men shouted at us from a car and told us to get in the car and they would take us to the apartment! they Couldn’t speak English as stated in the booking so had to Google translate, and we didn’t want to get in the car for safety reasons. we finally Got to the apartment to find No kettle, Not particularly clean, Bed frames are incredible creaky especially in the bunk bed- they woke me up several times in the night when tossing over. Rainfall shower head didn’t work properly so had to use the tiny one to wash (when getting back late on our last night no hot water). No bedding for 1 of the beds (and when we messaged them asking why the bed wasn’t made and there was no duvet we got told basically nothing they could do. I had to sleep in nothing but a sheet and I had to make the bed myself. they left No milk for tea/coffee (not even the sachets), I felt the Hosts were unhelpful and not caring at all. Making changes such as a proper tea/ coffee station with kettle, giving it a deep clean and ensuring all beds are fully made with bedding/ duvet, and improving the shower facilities would improve this apartment.
